Dr Shriniwas R. Rao has done his M.B.B.S.S. In Ayurveda from Mumbai. From the beginning he is deeply motivated and interested in social development activities in rural areas for the people from poor families. Through the Lions club he has implemented various Health camps in Wadagaon Maval Taluka and participated in school educational material distribution Program.

Since last five Years he is actively participating in Human Right Federation Programs at Lonavala & Wadagaon Maval Area. He is a Secretory in Human Right Federation and actively participating in activities like Organizing Volunteer, Domestic Violence etc. With the Above motivation he has initiated his own Hospital in 1985 at Sudumbare Village, Maval Taluka, Pune district. Through this hospital he is providing services to people form Rural Areas.

The basic object of this is to improve health status of the people who are living in interior Villages and not having sufficient infrastructure and Treatment. He has a well team of Specialist Doctors who available at any time for providing Health services. To spread awareness about Health and with deep Motivation He has registered his own Social organization in the Year of 2008.

Through this Organization many activities related to Health and other aspects he is conducting in Sudumbare Village and other villages from the Block.
